Paul Walker in Fast and Furious 7

The tragic death of Paul left a huge gap and even bigger problems for the director, Paul’s both brothers Caleb and Cody have agreed that final scenes of Fast and Furious 7 will have Cody standing in for Paul

The gravest tragedy in November 2013 was the untimely death of superstar Paul Walker who was playing an important role of Brian O’Connor in the movie franchise of Fast and Furious, and this was the 7th movie of the series. Half of the scenes involving Walker were filmed already and rest of the half were due in short time but the death caused a delay, although the team was grieving his death but they wanted to finish this project, that’s when they decided to call in Cody – Paul’s younger brother – to help them out in finishing that movie.

An announcement on the official Facebook page of Universal Studios states that Paul Walker’s both younger brothers, 25-year old Cody and 36-year old Caleb, have agreed that Cody will take Paul’s place in the movie for rest of the scenes and are willing to resume the movie as soon as possible. The rumours in Hollywood are that the producers are hopeful that he would make a good actor and are considering using him in their future movies.

An inside news tells that we will be seeing Paul’s character, Brian O’Connor, retiring and his younger brother Cody, joining the crew. It is highly unlikely that Cody could ever replace Paul, but still he is charming and likeable, above all that, producers are highly in debt for him stepping in to help finish the last film his brother worked in.

Cody, on the other hand, said that he was completely stunned when he heard that Paul Walker’s Porsche Carrera GT crashed and burst into flames, but now he is going to carry the Walker name in the Fast and Furious movies to pay a tribute to his older brother Paul Walker.
