Ferrari 458 is a turbocharged mean machine and will make its debut at Geneva Motor Show

The Ferrari is undoubtedly one of the most admired sports cars in the world and when it comes to the 458, you just can’t find words. Its looks, performance and features, every single aspect is superb.

Recently, we had a chance to see how the new Ferrari 458M looks like as it was spied testing. This revised supercar is planned to launch next year at the Geneva Motor Show. By the looks of it, it’s evident that the new exhaust system now has two signature pipes instead of three in the previous version. The aerodynamics and high-speed handling has also been improved with the help of the newly designed bumper.

As the vehicle was camouflaged, the front wasn’t so visible but it is assumed that the new Ferrari 458M might get a new pair of headlamps and the front end tweaked. The cosmetic changes might be called evolutionary rather than revolutionary, for the sake of argument.

The Ferrari California T is powered by a 552 bhp 3.8 litre V8 turbo engine, but what will power the new 458M is still unknown. However, one thing is for sure it will have more power than its predecessor. Rumours are that the new engine will give out more than 650 bhp which is a significant increase in power.

This power increase in the 458 engine will need some serious backing up as the current Getreg seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox will be deficient of coping up with this newly revised engine. We can’t wait to get our hands on the new Ferrari and put it through its paces.
