Every now and then we hear news from all over the world about tattered and destroyed Porsches, BMW’s, Ferraris and how their owners reacted or protested against mechanical malfunctions or engine breakdowns. However the most funniest and hilarious protest was recorded in India where an unhappy owner of Jaguar XF came up with a brilliant idea of getting help from “Shrek’s Donkey” when his local dealership bailed out on him.

Jaguar Land Rover is now owned by Tata Motors, one of the biggest groups in India, and its worldwide sales have hiked up recently. Meanwhile the chances of things going awfully wrong alongside the possibility of them spreading like wild fire over the internet are even higher.

Rahul Thakar is a 38-year old Indian businessman who lives in western Ahmedabad city, bought a £53,000 brand new Jaguar XF in white, but unfortunately his car repeatedly broke down on him so he had to get it to the local dealership over and over again.

He became so frustrated with the unprofessional and unsupportive behaviour of the dealership that he finally thought of letting the dealership and the manufacturer know what he thought of their cars. “I came up with the idea of having it towed around by donkeys. Basically, a donkey it seems is more reliable than a Jaguar,” said Thakar.

To get things done, he decided to bring the car back to the dealership but using the agricultural approach, car pulled by 8 donkeys and having ballots of hay on the car so the pulling donkeys don’t run out of ‘gas’ before finishing the job.

There were some homemade posters stating “Bogus Car”, “Bogus Company”, “Bogus Service”. Then there was another stating “A donkey is better than a Jaguar.”
