NewYork International Auto Show

The whole world has focused its attention to the 2014 New York Auto Show which is hosted by Javits Centre this year

This show is one of the biggest auto shows where automakers from around the globe are unveiling their latest creations. Here are five of the most adored vehicles that stole the show:

1- 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Convertible

The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has already made its debut at Detroit Auto Show this year where it was highly appreciated for its track-ready ‘Vette looks. But at the New York Auto Show, it is offered as a convertible which, according to most of the viewers, was utterly unnecessary. Wouldn’t it a shame if the owners could not use it for what it was designed for though it’s been brilliantly packed with a 625 hp engine.

2- 2015 Nissan Murano

The Japanese automaker Nissan has done it yet again, took the cues from Sports Saloon Concept and merged it into one ultimate machine, Murano. By giving it a first look, one could swear it’s a concept but the wonderful news it that it will be available in the market soon. This radical redesigning of new Murano has caught the eyes to so many and by thinking out of the box and attempting something new, Nissan is getting praise.

3- 2015 Subaru Outback

For all these, Outback has been trying hard to be recognised as a sexy car but still no luck. It may not be a sexy car but by no means, it is less than a wonderful, fully practical small SUV substitute. It has bulky plastic bumpers, off-road ability and ground clearance which is class-leading, makes the 2015 Outlook one hot choice.

4- 2015 Toyota Camry

For the past 12 year, Toyota Camry has been recognised as the best selling saloon and this year with its new design, Toyota definitely would not want to lose it. By looking at the 2015 Camry you could easy tell that the automaker has taken drastic steps with the design and of course, handling, as it has never been that fun before, thanks to the 20,000 new parts that have been put in. Whether Toyota has succeeded in keeping the title or not, the time will tell.

5- 2015 Chevrolet Trax

GM has faced setback after setback as the recalls kept on coming and the numbers climbing, but at the New York Auto Show, GM seemed determined to get on high grounds as CEO Mary Barra announces Chevrolet Trax to hit American shores real soon. With better looks and careful review, Trax will hopefully be a sliver of good news in such troubled times.
