Ferrari FXX K Abu Dhabi

The Arabs have done it once again, first Ferrari FXX K touched Abu Dhabi soil last week costing well over three million dollars

Abu Dhabi has been into limelight for quite some time, the reasons are so many, whether it’s the skyscrapers, the hyper car police squad or the one of a kind customised supercars owned by the elite individuals. Now it has done it yet again, last week, the latest 1,036 bhp track machine from Ferrari, the FXX K took its wraps off in Abu Dhabi.

Ferrari marketing chief NicolaBoari told that the FXX K will hopefully make a test run at Ferrari’s Fiorano test track in 1 minutes 14 seconds which would leave LaFerrari five seconds and 599XXEvoluzione two seconds short.

Unfortunately, it would not be able to break the current record of 333SP which was an open-cockpit sports prototype that set the record of 1:11.9 back in 1990s. On the other hand, the fastest record belongs to Michael Schumacher who made it under 56 seconds in his ten cylinder engine F2004 during his seventh and final world championship.

Ferrari is about to produce less than 40 examples of FXX K and each one of them will be priced at more than $3M or €2.5 million. Those fortunate forty souls will get to ride these monsters whereas rest of us would only be seeing the pictures and videos of them. Some lucky enough will probably see these beasts in their natural habitat when one of these hits the race track.
