After the untimely, horrific and most unfortunate death of Hollywood superstar and \u201c<a title=\"The Fast and the furious\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Fast_and_the_Furious\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>The<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Fast and The Furious<\/strong><\/a>\u201d famed, Paul Walker, who was 40 at that time.<\/p>\n<p>The investigations are still on and after facing the lawsuits from Walker\u2019s and Rodas families, Porsche has finally replied back. The whole blame has been put on Rodas and he alone has been held responsible for the most unfortunate and horrible death of Walker.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the accident, Rodas was driving a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT and Walker was in the passenger seat when the car hit the curb tree. Kristine Rodas, the widow of Rodas, filed a lawsuit against <a title=\"Porsche\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Porsche\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Porsche Cars<\/strong><\/a> North America earlier this month. She blamed the company for negligence which ultimately caused the death of her husband and his best friend. She also has sued Porsche for wrongful death and product liability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Roger Rodas, 38-year-old, was not only a racing driver, financial planner but also the business partner and a very close friend\u00a0of Paul Walker.<\/p>\n<p>The L.A. Coroner\u2019s office has mentioned in its final report that the car was travelling at a speed of 100 mph when it crashed straight into the curb, tree and finally light post. It was Nov. 30, 2013, when the car caught fire in Santa Clarita, California, burning the both occupants alive.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of death for Roads was multiple traumatic injuries, and of Walker, combined effects of thermal and traumatic injuries.
